Trips to Take
There are a number of ways that motorcycles in Alberta can travel. If you're looking for a great road trip, try what's known as the Northwest loop. This trip is about 370 km from beginning to finish and takes you from Edmonton up into some beautiful back country and back down into Edmonton again. Or you could try another short trip which will take you from Calgary to jasper and is about 570 km to ride. Read more...
For a longer trip, one that would be a great adventure, start at Okotoks and head West. You'll travel through Fernie, Cranbrook, Hope, Abbotsford, and a number of other towns and cities, eventually winding up on the coast. On this trip you'll find a great amount of different types of roads, including smooth roads, twisty roads, and beautiful scenery.
